Cavendish Square

A 23 storey commercial property located in the heart of the West End of London (adjacent to Regent Street & Oxford Street).

Due to the fact that the scaffold loadings which would have been placed upon the 2nd floor flat roofs been too great we liaised closely with the Clients Engineer to produce an alternative support method.

This solution involved road closures and the hiring of a large crane to lift into place approx 20 tonnes of steel RSJ's/beams and construct on site a support platform upon which we placed mast climbers. The mast climbers provided access to the various elevations to undertake the specified works.
