Connaught Street, Mayfair
When a Georgian Grade II listed building required the Ground and Basement floors reconfiguring/ refurbishing, the Client had little hesitation in instructing Minerva Building Restoration Ltd to undertake the works.
The primary reason for these works was to provide a high-end retail space for the incoming Client.
The Client’s Architects produced a vision for these premises and Minerva Building Restoration Ltd were only too happy to ensure this vision was realised.
The works included both modern and traditional working methods due to the buildings Grade II status.
With a contract value of £280,000.00 the works entailed:
Protection of existing listed elements which did not form part of the contract
Stripping out of existing walls/ceilings/kitchens/mechanical and electrical systems
Replacing all the above in accordance with the Architects Specification
Installing new glass rooflight and lead roof
Bespoke joinery including windows and doors
Floors were replaced using hardwood and also specialist polished concrete
Contract Value: £280,000
