Minerva Building Restoration recently completed this Warehouse / Office strip out and refurbishment work alongside the Client for the project.
The contract period was 4 weeks and for 2 of these weeks the client continued to trade from the warehouse whilst we phased the works to coincide with their existing tenancy agreement.
Works included stripping back to shell, replace damaged walls, remove redundant M&E services, existing services were tested and validated, repairs to floors and walls, full DOFF steam clean of the external fabric including roof and rooflights and then repainting of walls, framework and floor etc.
The adjoining showroom, offices and communal areas underwent a full refurbishment including plastering, full redecorations, new carpet tiles laid throughout, warehouse floor painted with durable resin based system and parking bays were relined.
