We liaised closely with the City of Westminster regarding licensing requirements. Full scaffolding and netting was erected to all elevations and the scaffold to all rear elevations was taken 'up and over' the roof areas. Sash cord, parting/staff bead and cill replacements were then undertaken. Sika liquid coatings and asphalt repairs to the flat roof areas were carried out including welsh slate replacement to all mansards.
A complete external redecoration programme
to all masonry, timber and metalwork using the Dulux/lCI weathershield system was carried out together with internal redecorations, incorporating replacement floor coverings/carpets throughout the communal areas and electrical and fire alarm system upgrade. Finally on completion of the works the entrance steps were replaced to all properties using natural Portland stone as per the clients high quality expectations.
